3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When you visit our website, technical data is automatically collected and transmitted by your browser to our server. Applications are usually submitted via the application form on the platform Join (Join Solutions AG, Berlin, Germany), which we use as a recruiting tool. Your application data is entered directly on the Join platform, which processes it on our behalf. The privacy policy of Join also applies on the platform itself. Incoming applications are treated confidentially and used exclusively to assess your application. After the recruitment process is concluded, the documents are deleted unless you have expressly agreed to longer retention. Applications by email are also possible.

We process personal data primarily to ensure the operation and security of our website and to communicate with prospective clients, clients and business partners. This includes handling enquiries, managing applications and sending the newsletter to people who have subscribed. Where personal data is transferred to countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection under Swiss law, we base such transfers on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in combination with supplementary measures, on the EU-U.S. or Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on other permissible legal grounds.
